Compassion Fatigue Retreats
Compassion Fatigue Retreats consist of five key components: Pro-generative Gardening, Nature & Creative Arts, Equine Interactions, and Transformative Leadership Training (for professionals) or Navigating Grief (for individuals dealing with grief and loss). Compassion Fatigue Retreats are held for adults in the helping fields (mental health, medical, first responders, etc) or for family members who have lost a loved one. To schedule a retreat for your staff or be part of a scheduled retreat, please complete the information form below.

Pro-generative gardening allows Compassion Fatigue Retreat participants to shed the often complex and emotional process of caring for others, allowing them to focus on one of the basic necessities of nature through nurturing the soil to grow food.

The Nature & Creative Arts module, a catalyst for personal growth, invites Compassion Fatigue Retreat participants to explore their own creative expression through the harmony of nature & art. This unique process not only releases emotions but also nourishes the spirit, fostering a sense of intrigue and engagement.

Horses, known for their sensitivity, offer a unique therapeutic experience. They sense a person's emotions through the bonding process. Compassion Fatigue Retreat participants will discover that bonding with horses can lead to profound personal healing.

Our Compassion Fatigue Retreat participants enjoy the nature by looking for patterns in the natural world. Participants can embrace the calming effects of solitude and silence by exploring the grounds and finding peaceful places for reflection.

The Compassion Fatigue Retreat Transformative Leadership module provides a shift in focus to non-traditional leadership models.
